Dan engkau ingin sekali menemani aku bermain hujan. this doodle is inspired by Bermain Hujan poem, written and recired by aan mansyur. Find him on soundcloud , twitter and blog
I do really have things with dried petals. Despite my partner doesn't like buying me flowers because he thought it's just wasting money, i keep spoil myself with flowers sometimes. Because, flowers would never be wasted. It could last dried and it will always beautiful. Often i keep them on jar also and place them somewhere i can see daily. Oh boy, if you know that you are dating someone who loves aesthetic, flowers, gardening you should never hesitate to spoil her with flowers or living indoor plants. okay ?
Whether the girl is already a pro at drying flowers or she just so happen to have a box of old boyfriend's rose petals that she has been keeping for not-so-sentimental-values, dried flowers can come in so handy for girl's new bed room decor. Flowers tend to be always fragile whenever they bloom or dry. However, even though those dried flowers are essentially dead, they are still beautiful and can leave a pretty and sometimes vintage mark on a small space on girl's room. Especially for girl which is not that feminine, having dried flowers as a decor stuff is a good idea due to it's vintage look, which won't make the bed room looks so girly. Recycle, reuse and DIY at its absolute finest, dried flowers are the perfect project to turn something old into something brand new. So, giving girl a bouquet of flowers won't be a waste of money.
"The Earth without art is just Eh" I have spent 3 months summer holiday in Turkey, Last year. I was too bored to do nothing so i decided to do Decoupage. So, Have you done decoupage before? Well, for you who never and don't know what decoupage , Wikipedia has the explanation for you.... "Decoupage (or découpage) is the art of decorating an object by gluing colored paper cutouts onto it in combination with special paint effects, gold leaf and so on. Commonly an object like a small box or an item of furniture is covered by cutouts from magazines or from purpose-manufactured papers. Each layer is sealed with varnishes (often multiple coats) until the "stuck on" appearance disappears and the result looks like painting or inlay work. The traditional technique used 30 to 40 layers of varnish which were then sanded to a polished finish." (Wikipedia) my first decoupage on my portfolio book Material for Decoupage Crafts: Common household materials can be used to create effects. Here is a short list of supplies :
